8:00 am:          Vendor Move In – Silver Leaf (Games and Raffles open)

10:30 am:        Registration, Refreshments and Vendor Show open

12:00 pm:        Lunch served

1:15 pm           Safety Meeting (required)

1:30 pm:          Clay Shoot Starts

4:30 pm           Awards reception at Silver Leaf (Vendor booths open) Raffle drawings included

THURSDAY, September 12, 2024

7:00 a.m.         Registration opens at golf course: putting and driving range open

8:00 am:          Shotgun Start (lunch provided at the clubhouse after 9 holes)

5:30 pm:          Awards reception and hors d’oeuvres at clubhouse (possible vendor tabletops)
