All virtual classes are taught by qualified industry experts, and conducted in real time, not recorded.  All class details are sent via email on the Monday prior to the class date.   The class details include the Zoom Webinar and exam login information and detailed instructions on taking the exams.  The exam is administered through our training portal with a third-party proctor service and is open book.  Course booklets are mailed to the address given in the registration.

The student is given 8 days after the completion of the training class to take the exams.  Upon completing the exams, the exam score is displayed and also sent by email to the student.  The Video Surveillance and Access Control exams are 70 questions with 90 minutes each to complete.  Students must have a passing score of 70% on each exam.  Each student is given two exam attempts.  If a student does not pass the second exam, there will be a $50 retest fee.  When the student passes the exam and we have confirmed approval from the proctor service, another email is sent notifying the student that their Certificate of Completion is ready for them to download from the training portal.  The Certificate of Completion is a required document of the licensing application to the OK Department of Labor.

Computer requirements for taking the training class are audio capabilities but if not available a mobile phone can be used for sound.  Video capabilities are not required.
